Silence has a cost.
Organizations depend on people to share what they see, what they know, where they disagree, and when they need help. But before someone speaks, they calculate the personal risk: Will I lose credibility? Will I be judged? Will this change how people see me? Will anything improve?
Bryce helps audiences understand that calculation—and create conditions where the information that matters is more likely to move.
