Safety is for Everyone

Safer workplaces begin with conversations people feel able to have.

Safety is for Everyone is the resource platform behind Bryce Griffler’s work. It brings together practical material for people navigating authenticity at work, speaking up, and the challenges of growing into leadership.

These resources are designed to make those moments easier to understand and safer to navigate.

Bring the Conversation to your Organization

Bring these ideas to your audience through a keynote, an in-person workshop, or virtual training. Bryce helps people explore authenticity and the conversations that make it possible.

What Does “Safety is for Everyone” Mean?

Safety is not something one department creates for everyone else. It depends on people throughout an organization being able to participate.

That includes the person who notices something others missed. The leader who makes room for disagreement. The experienced professional willing to question an old assumption. The new employee who asks why. The person who admits they need help.

“Safety is for Everyone” (SIFE) is both a belief and a responsibility: everyone should be able to contribute to safer decisions, and each of us can affect whether it feels possible for someone else to speak.

Built for People Doing the Work

SIFE resources support people doing the work, whether they are individual contributors, new leaders, or experienced safety professionals. They also offer useful starting points for team conversations and professional development.

Some resources are meant for individual reflection. Others can support a team conversation, leadership meeting, workshop, or professional-development session. Each one is designed to turn a big idea into something you can examine or use.
