100-Word Bio
Bryce Griffler, M.Eng., CSP, is a speaker, thought leader, and founder of Safety is for Everyone. A self-described “recovering engineer,” Bryce combines more than 17 years of engineering and environmental, health, and safety experience with personal storytelling, data, and humor to make difficult topics more approachable. His work explores the personal risk calculations people make before speaking up, admitting uncertainty, challenging an idea, asking for help, or showing up authentically. Bryce helps leaders and teams understand how those calculations shape safety, trust, information flow, and growth, and what they can do to make important conversations safer to begin.
